Terms of Service
// LAST UPDATED · 16 OCTOBER 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SponsorMate (the "Service"), operated by Digital Brainwave Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
The Service
SponsorMate is a SaaS platform designed to help content creators and brands manage sponsorship relationships. The Service includes tools for discovering sponsorship opportunities, managing contracts, tracking deliverables, processing payments, invoicing, and AI-assisted contract review.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Creator Accounts
If you register as a content creator, you represent that you are the owner or authorised operator of the social media channels and content you list on your profile.
You agree to fulfil sponsorship obligations you accept through the platform in a timely and professional manner. Failure to deliver on agreed sponsorship terms may result in account restrictions or suspension.
You are solely responsible for the content you create as part of any sponsorship arrangement, including compliance with applicable advertising standards and disclosure requirements (e.g., ASA CAP Code, FTC guidelines if applicable).
Briefs sent through the “Discuss a collaboration” form on your media kit come from people SponsorMate has not verified. We do not vet senders and are not a party to any arrangement you make with them, so check who they are before sharing rates, personal or payment details.
Brand Accounts
If you register as a brand, you represent that you have the authority to enter into sponsorship agreements on behalf of the entity you represent.
You agree to honour the terms of any sponsorship agreement entered into through the platform, including timely payment for completed deliverables. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that your sponsorship campaigns comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations.
AI Contract Review
SponsorMate offers an AI-assisted contract review feature that analyses sponsorship agreements and highlights key terms, potential issues, and suggested improvements.
▸ Important: The AI contract review feature is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
Digital Brainwave Ltd makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated contract analysis. You should always consult a qualified legal professional before entering into any binding agreement. We accept no liability for any decisions made based on the AI contract review output.
Plans and Payments
Creator accounts can use SponsorMate on these plans. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Free — £0
The full brand directory, outreach with AI-drafted messages (a first draft and one redraft for each kind of message to a brand) and follow-up tracking, your media kit with every design option, a public link to it and its PDF, and every deck template.
Pro — £5.99 a month, or £59.99 a year
Everything in Free, plus the other tools: the rate calculator, deals, invoices, campaigns and the contract tools, including AI contract review. The current list is on our pricing page.
Team Pro — £15.99 a month, or £159.90 a year
For team workspaces, billed to the team owner.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A monthly plan is billed every month and an annual plan is billed once a year, each in advance. Both renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Your media kit and data stay in your account.
Refunds are handled case by case and do not affect your statutory rights. If you think you have been charged in error, contact [email protected].

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
